Recently a customer wanted to customize their home by adding another garage that went into thier basement. The customer wanted additional garage space but at the same time wanted a design that match their entry door for the home. Once the homeowner had the 10′ x 7′ opening cut into their foundation we helped by installing a Ranch House Collection Custom Wood Carriage Style Door. The results are amazing.

I got service the same day. The person on the phone gave me several things to try before I had to pay for a service visit. I really appreciated that! Broken torsion spring last night. Vehicle is trapped in the garage. Called the Bogart number and reached Corporate dispatch this morning. Corey called less than an hour later stating he’d arrive in 10 minutes. Arrived as promised and replaced both springs. Had everything working in less than an hour. Two hours ago I was calling in for an appoitment and now I’m writing this review. Great service!read more

Easy to schedule service online and get a confirmation call during business hours. Also super easy to reschedule! The person (I wish I could remember his name) came out exactly on time, called ahead, diagnosed the problem within seconds of being there, and was able to fix the problem that day when though the broken spring was a custom cut item. I couldn’t be happier with the service. Both springs were replaced, the price was very reasonable, the service was fast and excellent. I will absolutely use them again whenever needed. Excellent experience with the local repair and installation team. A spring broke on our door. They had a repair tech out the next morning. The tech pointed out some other issues that indicated a relatively short life expectancy for the door, so we decided to replace it. The installation crew was out two days later. Installation only took a couple of hours. The team set up everything just as we requested. Very pleased with the service.read more
