Great experience from start to finish. Called Thursday morning to set up appointment. They accommodated my late afternoon early evening timeframe for that same evening. The technician, Gary Nash, called 10 minutes before his arrival. He arrived with all the components needed to complete the repair of my garage door. One hour later he was finished with the repair of the torsion springs, as well as adjusting a previous repair that I had made. Could not be happier with the service and professionalism of Gary and the overhead door company of northeast Georgia.

After the springs snapped, my garage door was unusable. We put in a service call to Overhead Door and they scheduled a technician to handle the repair.
