I wasn't available to be at home when the technician said he'd arrive, but he came over anyway and the damage was fixed before I got back.  These folks don't overcharge for unneeded work. He showed us the crack, explained why it happened and fixed it with very little inconvenience. I've used the Overhead Door Company in the past and was well pleased for services provided at my previous home in Woodstock. The NE Ga location is every bit as professional and provided quality work. Gary found it, reached out to my contacts, and returned my phone to me.  He even turned my phone off to save my battery and keep it secure.
